By accessing CrazeRock AI, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.
2. Services
CrazeRock AI provides 13 AI-powered creative tools: AI Music (Suno V5.5), AI Video (Kling 3.0/Veo 3.1/Grok/Hailuo 2.3) (Sora 2 Pro), AI Motion, AI Image (Leonardo/Flux 2), AI Image Edit, Text to Speech (ElevenLabs V3), AI Lip Sync, BG Remove, Image Upscale. Services provided “as is”.
3. Credits & Payments
Credits are non-refundable except when generation fails (auto-refunded). Purchased credits never expire. Generated files stored 13 days — download before deletion. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle. Payments processed via Razorpay. Plans: Free (20 welcome credits), Pro ₹299/mo (750 credits), Creator ₹799/mo (2000 credits).
4. Content Ownership
You own all content generated using CrazeRock AI. You may use it for personal and commercial purposes including YouTube, social media, and advertising.
5. Prohibited Use
Do not use CrazeRock to generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or NSFW content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.
6. Data & Privacy
We collect minimal data (Google OAuth profile, generation history). See our Privacy Policy for details. We never sell your data.
7. Liability
CrazeRock AI is not liable for any damages arising from use of our services. Generated content quality depends on AI models and prompts.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
